Q. How does the order process work?
Here is how the order process works:

1. Pick your design from the gallery page and fill out the order form with the required information.

2. Email your photo(s) to mykindacard@gmail.com. Title your email "Photos - First and Last Name" if you have more than 6 photos, please send every 6 photos in a separate email. Photos must be in order and named accordingly.

3. You will receive your proof within 2-3 business days (M-F). This will start from the time you email your photos.
Then, after each revision, I will send you a proof until the final is approved. Remember, all proofs are free and no payment is required at this time. You are under no obligation to purchase until you are 100% satisfied with your design.

4. Please make sure to double check your card details and spelling before giving your final approval.
I can't make changes to cards after I send them to be printed. I focus on the design of the card, and do not have a spell checker in my graphics design programs. You are responsible in providing the correct detail and wording that go on the card.

5. After you give your final approval, you will be sent a paypal invoice by email where you can pay by credit card or paypal account if you have one.

6. Once payment is completed, I will submit your order to be printed at a professional photo lab. Please allow 3-4 business days (M-F) for printing.

7. When you cards arrive from the printing lab, I package them and will ship within 2 business days via priority mail. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number when your package is shipped.

8. Priority mail usually takes 2 to 3 business days.

Q. How long will it take until I receive my printed cards?
approximately 7-10 business days from when you give your final approval and complete payment.

Q. What format do the photos need to be?
Photos need to be in a .jpg or .bmp format in the highest resolution possible around 1200 x 1800 pixels.

Q. Can you convert my pictures to black and white or sepia?
Yes. Just indicate what color photos you would like on the order form. Photo touch-up work is also performed on all photos and includes adjustments to brightness, contrast, red-eye removal, minor color correction, minor blemish and flaw removal, and date-stamp removal, as well as any other minor corrections a photo might require.

Q. I really like the style of a birthday card. Can I use it as a Baptism card, etc.?
Absolutely! Any of my designs can be changed for your specific need. I can change colors, layout, fonts, event details etc.... Just let me know what you would like done!

Q. Do your cards come with envelopes?
Yes! all card come with custom sized white envelopes. I currently do not carry colored envelopes

Q. What Payment methods do you accept?
Once you approve your final proof, you will be sent a paypal invoice by email where you can pay by credit card, checking account, or paypal account if you have one.
